The final of the six pilot stores we refurbished with the Spar brand for our clients MRH. The three-week duration for a project of this size and location left us with a zero-tolerance fitout where one mistake would have a domino effect and would impact our deadline dreadfully. The project went smoothly and was carried out in the allotted time. As with all of the pilot Spar stores, we installed a Costa express area alongside a spar hot food to go area built with timber effect boards, white solid surface and a spar vinyled bulkhead. The sleek modern counters continue the timber alongside white solid surface worktops, with express shelving built into the counters footprint. A brand new washroom fit out was installed to the MRH spec and all services were installed in preparation for a Costa restaurant.
